Spread the love

Field Roast and Lightlife have teamed up with Purple Carrot the only 100% plant-based vegan meal kit company in the United States to bring their subscribers a new and delicious variety of options.

During the new year, many new menu items will be coming to Purple Carrot for customers to enjoy. Items like Italian Cannellini Bean Stew with Mustard Greens & Parmesan which features Field Roast Italian Sausage will be a delicious addition that will entice even the most carnivorous in your household.

Field Roast Smoked Apple Sage Sausage Skillet with Farro & Spinach is another gourmet dish Purple Carrot has announced it will be adding to its line up this year. Many more are yet to be announced and we will keep you up to date on those so keep an eye out.

This is all made possible by the meal delivery service’s new partnership with Greenleaf Foods, SPC who owns both Field Roast and Lightlife. This partnership will allow for a wide range of new recipes and flavors for home cooks to experience from a vegan plant-based diet.

If all of that wasn’t deliciously good news subscribers to Purple Carrot will regularly receive free Lightlife and Field Roast products to try in their step-by-step cooking of meals. They will also get free first tastes of new products from the companies as they are released onto the market.

“Our brands are committed to making plant-based eating more accessible and delicious,” said Dan Curtin, President of Greenleaf Foods, SPC. “Our partnership with Purple Carrot enables home cooks to explore plant-based meats and satisfies growing consumer demand for easy, flavorful meal solutions.”

“There is such a strong interest in incorporating plant-based foods, but most people remain unsure how to approach this new way of eating,” said Andy Levitt, Founder, and CEO of Purple Carrot. “No matter where consumers are on their plant-based journey, Purple Carrot’s partnership with Lightlife and Field Roast offers plant-based protein options that are familiar and flavorful, making it easy to choose plant-based.”

Purple Carrot started with just a seed of an idea in 2014: encouraging people to eat more plants for their health and the health of the planet. Today, it is leading the charge for people to adopt a plant-based lifestyle. Purple Carrot’s irresistible, globally-inspired recipes, fresh ingredients, and meals are available in the U.S. and Japan.
